LUAUS
The annual Luau is REST's largest fundraiser and a lot of fun! This Hawaiian themed dinner serves as REST’s launch pad, providing the support for REST to take off into another season of providing cold-weather shelter to women and families in need. REST Luau's include delicious Hawaiian-style chicken and pork, Hula dancers, and silent auctions and opportunity drawings for great prizes. Our annual luau celebration was a huge success, raising just over $13,000 in vitally needed funding for REST. As usual the food was amazing (very special thanks to our Chief, Dan Wong); as was the fellowship. Many thanks to Brenda Wong, Lynn Jepsen and a host of other volunteers
